Circular regarding the benefit of the kings of paternity to the male employees appointed by direct recruitment to the posts in all the cadres of Class 3 and Class 4 of the State Government.It has been clarified that the benefit of paternal kings can be availed during the period of 6 months from the birth of the wife. In special circumstances this benefit can be availed up to 15 days before delivery depending on the medical certificate. The benefit of this king is to be met during the 15 days to 6 months before delivery by the small section.
